Savannah Taraxacum is a movement instructor and wellness entrepreneur based in Atlanta, GA, blending strength, mindfulness, and empowerment into every class. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, where she first discovered her passion for understanding the mind–body connection.
Certified to teach yoga since 2015, Savannah began her teaching journey in the corporate wellness space — bringing mindful movement and stress relief to professionals seeking balance in their daily routines. Over the years, she has expanded her expertise to include HIIT Pilates (2025) and Pvolve Functional Fitness Certification, deepening her ability to help students move smarter, build strength, and feel their best both physically and mentally.
Savannah’s teaching philosophy is rooted in empowerment, holistic wellness, and community. She strives to create inclusive, uplifting spaces where students of all levels can flourish — discovering confidence, strength, and self-connection through intentional movement.
When she’s not teaching, you’ll find Savannah exploring her other passions: curating outfits that express her personality, diving into a good book, or trying new restaurants around Atlanta.
